Registered at corpusa.net on April 17, 1998 (28+ years ago), Corp USA began in Utah serving attorneys, CPAs, and formation professionals nationwide before moving manufacturing and fulfillment to New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

Registered at corporatekits.com on March 10, 1997 (29+ years ago) in the Miami area, Empire Corporate Kits of America was acquired and merged into Corp USA.

Where did the old Empire store go?
The previous online store was retired. Everything Empire sold — corporate and LLC kits, custom embossing seals, stock and membership certificates, estate planners — is available here, made by the same plant.
Can I still reorder my certificates in sequence?
Yes. Create or sign in to a free account and our Certificate Memory feature remembers your entity details and the last certificate number you ordered, so your next batch continues perfectly in sequence.
Do my past Empire orders still exist?
They do. Historical customer and order records were merged into Corp USA. Sign in with the email you ordered under and your history will appear in your account dashboard.
Has anything changed about pricing or shipping?
Same-day shipping on orders placed before 3:00 PM ET on weekdays, via FedEx from our New Smyrna Beach, Florida facility. Non-custom items can be returned within 30 days; custom items can't be returned unless defective.
