The new ring closure is cheap and not as durable

The new ring closure is cheap and not as durable. It’s different than the double-lock system from before. It is hard to flip the pages or click the binder open and closed once there are some documents in the folder. Im going to stop using this company, because the quality has been seriously compromised and I’ve noticed a steady decline in quality lately. Im a long-time customer and am highly disappointed
