Does buying a corporate kit form my company?
No. A standalone kit organizes records for your entity. State formation filings are a separate service.
Should I choose a corporate kit or LLC kit?
Choose the kit matching your legal entity. Corporations use stock certificates and bylaws; LLCs use membership certificates and an operating agreement.
Does every state require a corporate seal?
No U.S. state or DC requires a corporation or LLC to have a seal. Banks, title companies and overseas document recipients may still request one.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET Monday–Friday ship the same day by FedEx from New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Orders after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day; transit time depends on the selected service.
Can I return personalized products?
Non-customized items in original condition can be returned within 30 days. Personalized kits, seals and certificates are not returnable unless defective. Contact Corp USA for return authorization.
